Exchanges/Replacement/Return may attract a ₹200 handling fee.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

Products must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused and original condition).

Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging are required for verification.

Exchange will be applicable Upon approval.

Replacement requests are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

We arrange reverse pickup for most pin codes.
If your pin code isn’t serviceable, please self-ship using a trackable courier;

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Refunds are processed and credited within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Used, altered, or damaged products (unless damaged in transit)
